Who we are

Teething Issues Ltd (company number 17496042, registered in England and Wales) runs teethingissues.com and the Teething Issues Circle community. We help UK dental practices with growth, systems and compliance. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC266351. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, practice name and anything you tell us when you book a call, join our waitlist or community, email us or ring our phone line.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We see what you bought and your contact details, never your full card number.
• Calls: calls to our phone line may be answered by an AI assistant and recorded or transcribed so we can reply to you.
• Website use: basic, anonymous information about how pages are used. If we use advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, we will only do so with your consent.
• Client work: when a practice works with us, we may handle data they share with us (for example staff records) only to deliver the service they asked for, under a written agreement.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver the services you ask for, manage bookings and payments, send updates you've signed up for (you can unsubscribe any time) and improve our services. Our lawful bases are your consent, carrying out a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.

Who we share it with

Only the trusted providers that help us run the business, such as Google Workspace (email and files), Stripe (payments), Skool (community), Brevo (email lists), our phone and AI service providers, and Meta when we advertise. Some of these process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. We never sell your data.

Cookies and analytics

To improve our website we count visits without cookies: how long a page is open, how far down it's scrolled and which buttons are tapped. This uses no cookies and no identifiers, and records nothing that identifies you. We also use Cloudflare's cookie-free visit statistics.

Advertising cookies (Meta)

Only if you tap Accept on our cookie message, we use Meta's pixel to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to visits, sign-ups or bookings. Meta processes this under its own privacy policy. If you tap No thanks, it doesn't run. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires (for example, financial records for six years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@teethingissues.com. To delete your data, email us with "Delete my data" and we will confirm within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
